To Download Your Files:
For Windows: Right click on the link, choose "Save Link As" or "Save Target As", choose where you want to save the file and click Save
For Mac: Right click on the link (hold Ctrl and Click), choose "Download Linked File As", choose where you want to save the file and click Save

Multiple files are compressed as .zip files. This saves you time. If your computer doesn't extract this files by itself, get PeaZip for free at: http://peazip.sourceforge.net/
All plans are in .pdf format. To open .pdf files, use Adobe Reader software. It's free at http://get.adobe.com/reader/
Some files require SketchUp. It is a great tool to view plans in 3D. If you do not have it, you can get it free at: https://www.sketchup.com/products/sketchup-free

If you're having issues downloading, follow these tips:
- Right click on the download link
- Save the file to your desktop or in "My Documents"
- Once you've saved, minimize/close all windows and locate the file
- Double click on the file to open it
